IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including
the following:
1. Read all instructions carefully before use.
2. Check the condition of the unit after taking out from the box. Ensure that all parts are in good
condition.
3. Before using the unit, check if the voltage indicated corresponds with the convenience outlet
(230Va.c.).
4. Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged it should be
replaced with the same type and size or bring the unit to the nearest authorized service center.
5. Do not attempt to repair, adjust or replace parts in the unit. It must be checked and repa ired
by an authorized Imarex technician or by similar qualied persons in order to avoid electric
hazard.
6. Do not place the unit near gas stove or electric stove.
7. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliances.
8. This appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical
sensory or mental capacities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless that have given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by person responsible for their
safety.
9. This unit must only be used for room ventilation. Do not use in bathrooms.
10. Do not insert any object into the Fan Guard.
11. Do not use the plug to stop or start the operation of the unit, use the Speed Control Knob.
12. To prevent electric shock do not operate the unit by wet hands.
13. For household use only.
14. Save this instruction manual for future reference.
DESCRIPTION OF PARTS
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
1. Insert the cord in the center hole of the base and attached the base into the unit. ( See g.
1)
2. Tighten the three-fastening screw into the unit. (See g. 2)
HOW TO USE
1. Please make sure the Speed control knob of upper and lower fan is in “0” position
2. Plug the unit into the convenience outlet (230Va.c).
3. SPEED ADJUSMENT the speed of the upper and lower fan can be adjusted by turning the –
speed control knob to the desired setting:
4. OSCILLATION - pressing the “OSCILLATION” button to ( lower position will start the )
unit to oscillate from side to side. It can be stopped by pressing again the “OSCILLATION”
button to ( upper position. )
5. AIR FLOW ADJUSTMENT:
a. Upper and Lower fans can be tilted upward or downward position. The
