1. Setzen Sie die Verschraubung
(C) in den Prozeßanschluß ein
und ziehen Sie sie fest.
Verwenden Sie eine Dichtung,
wenn die Applikation es ver-
langt.
2. Fetten Sie alle Teile des Adap-
ters ein: Überwurfmutter(A),
Progressivring (B), Gewinde
und Konus der Verschraubung
(C).
3. Setzen Sie den Progressivring
ein. ACHTUNG: das verjüngte
Ende muß in den Konus zei-
gen.
4. Schrauben Sie die Überwurf-
mutter auf und setzen Sie den
Sensor (D) ein.
5. Ziehen Sie die Überwurfmutter
mit der Hand fest und bringen
Sie einen Markierungsstrich (E)
an.
6. Schieben Sie den Sensor auf
die gewünschte Tauchtiefe.
Halten Sie ihn fest und ziehen
Sie die Überwurfmutter mit
einem Werkzeug um 2 volle
Umdrehungen an.
Wiederholmontage
Sie können den Sensor demontieren, um z. B. die Sensorspitze zu rei-
nigen. Setzen Sie danach den Sensor wieder ein und ziehen Sie die
Überwurfmutter ohne erhöhten Kraftaufwand fest.

1. Insert the fitting (C) into the
process connection and
tighten.
Use an appropriate seal if
required for the application.
2. Grease all parts of the adapter:
coupling nut (A), progressive
ring (B), thread and cone of
the fitting (C).
3. Position the progressive ring.
NOTE: tapered end into the
cone.
1. Visser le raccord (C) dans le
piquage. Utiliser un joint
d' tanch ité é é si nécessaire pour
l'application.
2. Graisser toutes les parties de
l'adaptateur: écrou (A), bague
progressive (B), filetage et
embout conique du raccord
(C).
3. Insérer la bague progressive.
REMARQUE: l'extr coni-émité
que doit s'adapter dans l'emb-
out conique.
4. Visser l' crou et ins rer laé é
sonde (D).
5. Serrer l' crou manuellement eté
le marquer d'un trait (E).
6. Ins rer la sonde jusqu' la pro-é à
fondeur souhait e. La tenir eté
serrer l' crou en faisant 2 toursé
complets à l'aide d'une clé.
Maintenance de la sonde
Vous pouvez d monter la sonde afin de nettoyer par exemple sa par-é
tie sensible. Ins rer la sonde de nouveau et serrer l' crou sans forcer.é é
4. Attach the coupling nut and
insert the sensor (D).
5. Tighten the coupling nut
manually and mark its position
with a line (E).
6. Adjust the sensor to the requi-
red installation depth. Hold it
and tighten the coupling nut
by 2 full turns.
Repeated mounting
You can remove the sensor e.g. to clean the tip. Then insert the sen-
sor again and tighten the coupling nut being careful not to apply too
much force.
