These instrucons are intended to ensure that user can
use the product correctly to avoid danger or property
loss.

“Cauons”
Warnings: Serious injury or death may occur if any of
the warnings are neglected.
Cauons: Injury or equipment damage may occur if any
of the cauons are neglected.
Warnings
In the use of the product, you must be in strict
compliance with the electrical safety regulaons of
the naon and region.
Refer to technical specificaons for detailed
informaon.
Input voltage should meet both the SELV (Safety Extra
Low Voltage) and the Limited Power Source with 24 V
AC or 12 V DC according to the IEC60950-1 standard.
Refer to technical specications for detailed
informaon.
Do not connect several devices to one power adapter
as adapter overload may cause over-heang or a re
hazard.
Make sure that the plug is rmly connected to the
power socket.
When the product is mounted on wall or ceiling, the
device shall be rmly xed.
If smoke, odor or noise rise from the device, turn off
the power at once and unplug the power cable, and
then contact the service center.
If the product does not work properly, contact your
dealer or the nearest service center. Never aempt to
disassemble the camera yourself. (We shall not
assume any responsibility for problems caused by
unauthorized repair or maintenance.)
Cauons
Make sure the power supply voltage is correct before
using the camera.
Do not drop the camera or subject it to physical
shock.
Do not touch senor modules with ngers. If cleaning
is necessary, use clean cloth with a bit of ethanol and
wipe it gently. If the camera will not be used for an
extended period, replace the lens cap to protect the
sensor from dirt.
Do not aim the camera at the sun or extra bright
places. Blooming or smearing may occur otherwise
(which is not a malfuncon), and aect the
endurance of sensor at the same me.

Cauons Follow these
precauons to prevent
potenal injury or
material damage.
The sensor may be burned out by a laser beam, so
when any laser equipment is in using, make sure that
the surface of sensor will not be exposed to the laser
beam.
Do not place the camera in extremely hot, cold, dusty
or damp locaons, and do not expose it to high
electromagnetic radiation.
To avoid heat accumulaon, good venlaon is
required for operating environment.
Keep the camera away from liquid while in use.
While in delivery, the camera shall be packed in its
original packing, or packing of the same texture.
Improper use or replacement of the battery may
result in hazard of explosion. Replace with the same
or equivalent type only. Dispose of used baeries
according to the instrucons provided by the battery
manufacturer.
1 Introducon
1.1 Product Features
The camera is applicable for both indoor and outdoor
condions, and the applicaon scenarios include road,
warehouse, underground parking lot, bar, etc..
The main features are as follows:

1.2 Overview
Note:
This manual applies to two types of bullet cameras.
The overviews of each type are shown in the gures
below.

2 Installaon
Before you start:
Make sure that the device in the package is in good
condion and all the assembly parts are included.
Make sure that all the related equipment power-o is
during the installation.
Check the specicaon of the products for the
installaon environment.
Check whether the power supply is matched with
your power output to avoid the damage.
Make sure the wall is strong enough to withstand
three mes the weight of the camera and the
bracket.
If the wall is cement, insert expansion bolts before
you install the camera. If the wall is wooden, use
self-tapping screws to secure the camera.
If the product does not funcon properly, contact
your dealer or the nearest service center. Do NOT
disassemble the camera for repair or maintenance by
yourself.
2.1 Installaon of Type I Camera
2.1.1 Ceiling/Wall Mounng without Juncon Box
Steps:
1. Paste the drill template (supplied) to the place
where you want to install the camera
2. Drill the screw holes and the cable hole (oponal) in
the ceiling/wall according to the drill template.

Note:
Drill the cable hole, when adopng the iling outlet to ce
route the cable.
3. Attach the bracket to the ceiling/wall and secure the
camera with supplied screws.

Note:
In the supplied screw package, both self-tapping
screws, and expansion blots are contained.
If the ceiling/wall is cement, expansion blots are
required to x the camera. If the ceiling/wall is
wooden, self-tapping screws are required.
4. Route the cables through the cable hole, or the side
opening.
5. Connect the corresponding power cord, and video
cable.
6. Power on the camera to check whether the image
on the monitor is gotten from the opmum angle. If
not, adjust the camera according to the gure below
to get an opmum angle.
1). Loosen the P screw to adjust the pan posion [
to 360°]. Tighten the screw aer compleng the
adjustment.
2). Loosen the T screw to adjust the lt posion [0°
to °]. Tighten the screw aer completing the 90
adjustment.
3). Loosen the R screw rotate the camera [0° to and
360°]. Tighten the screw aer compleng the
adjustment.

2.1.2 Ceiling/Wall Mounng with Juncon Box
Note:
You need to purchase a juncon box separately.
Steps:
1. Paste the drill template on the ceiling/wall.
2. Drill screw holes the cable hole in the and
ceiling/wall according to the holes of the drill
template.

3. Take apart the juncon box, and align the screw
holes of the bullet camera with those on the
Juncon . box’ cover
4. Fix the camera on the juncon box’s cover with
supplied screws.

5. Attach the juncon box body to the ceiling/wall by
aligning the screw holes of the junction box.
6. Secure the juncon box body with supplied screws s
on the ceiling/wall.

7. Route the cables through the cable hole, or the side
opening of the juncon box.
8. Combine the juncon box cover with its body.

9. Repeat the step 5 6 of and 2.1.1 Ceiling/Wall
Mounng without Juncon Box to complete the
installaon.
2.2 Installaon of Type II Camera
2.2.1 Ceiling/Wall Mounng without Junction Box
Steps:
1. Paste the drill template (supplied) to the place
where you want to fix the camera.
2. Drill the screw holes according to the drill template,
and the cable hole (optional) on the ceiling.

Note:

3. Route the cables rough the cable hole (oponal) th
or the side opening.
4. Fix the camera to the ceiling with supplied screws.

Note:

5. Connect the corresponding power cord, and video
cable.
6. Power on the camera to check whether the image
on the monitor is gotten from the opmum angle. If
not, adjust the surveillance angle.
1) Loosen the No.1 adjusting screw to adjust the pan
posion [ to 360°].
2) Tighten the No.1 adjusng screw.
3) Loosen the No.2 adjusting screw to adjust the
lng posion [ to 90°].
4) Tighten the No. 2 adjusng screw.
5) Loosen the No.3 adjusting screw to adjust the
rotaon posion [0° to 360°].
6) Tighten the No.3 adjusng screw.

2.2.2 Ceiling/Wall Mounng with Juncon Box
Note:
You need to purchase a juncon box separately.
Steps:
1. Paste the drill template on the ceiling/wall.
2. Drill screw holes the cable hole in the and
ceiling/wall according to the holes of drill template.
3. Take apart the juncon box, and align the screw
holes of the bullet camera with those on the
Juncon box’ cover.
4. Fix the camera on the juncon box’s cover with
three supplied screws.
5. Secure the juncon box’s body with supplied screws
on the ceiling/wall.

6. Route the cables through the cable hole, or the side
opening of the juncon box.
7. Combine the juncon box cover with its body with
supplied screws on the junction box’s cover.

8. Repeat the step 6 of 5 and 2.2.1 Ceiling/Wall
Mounng without Junction Box to complete the
installaon.
3 Menu Descripon
Purpose:
Call the menu by clicking buon on the PTZ interface,
or call preset No.95.

Steps:
1. Connect the camera with the TVI DVR, and the
monitor, shown as the gure 3-1.
2. Power on the analog camera, TVI DVR, the and
monitor to view the image on the monitor.
3. Click PTZ Control to enter the PTZ Control interface.
4. Call the camera menu by clicking buon, or call
preset No. 95.
5. Click the direcon arrow to control the camera.
(1) Click up/down direcon buon to select the
item.
(2) Click Iris + to conrm the selecon.
(3) Click le/right direcon buon to adjust the
value of the selected item.

3.1 OUTPUT MODE
In the OUTPUT MODE submenu, you can set
RESOLUTION, FRAME RATE, and VIDEO OUT.

RESOLUTION
Resoluon refers to the number of the pixels can be
displayed on the image. You can set the resoluon as 5
megapixels or 4 megapixels The higher the value, the .
ner the image is.
FRAME RATE
Frame rate refers to the number of image output in 1
second.
When the resoluon is set as 5 megapixels, you are
allowed to set the frame rate as 20 fps or 12.5 fps.
When the resoluon is set as 4 megapixels, you are
allowed to set the frame rate as 25 fps or 30 fps.
VIDEO OUT
PAL
(Phase Alternang Lines) is a color encoding system for
analog television used in broadcast television systems in
most countries.
NTSC
3.4 WB (White Balance)
White balance is the white rendion funcon of the
camera to adjust the color temperature according to
the environment. It can remove the unrealisc color
casts in the image.
MANUAL ATW, (Auto-Tracking White Balance),
AWC SET are selectable.

You can set the R GAIN/B GAIN value from 0 to 255 to
adjust the shades of red/blue color of the image.
ATW
In ATW mode, white balance is being adjusted
automacally according to the color temperature of the
scene illuminaon.
AWC→SET
Similar with ATW, the white balance is connuously
being adjusted in real-me according the scene if
AWC→SET is selected, however, if the scene changed,
you have to go to AWC→SET to get another proper
white balance for the new scene.
3.5 DAY & NIGHT
Color, B/W, and Auto are selectable for DAY & NIGHT
switch.
COLOR: the image is colored in day mode all the me.
B/W: the image is black and white all the me, and the
IR LED turns on in the low-light condions.
AUTO : The image switches from color to B/W or from
B/W to color automacally according to the light
condion. And you can select to turn on or turn o the
IR LED according to dierent illuminaons.
3.6 SPECIAL
In the SPECIAL sub-menu, you can set the MIRROR, DPC
(Defecve Point Correcon), and LANGUAGE.

OFF H-FLIP V-FLIP RORATE, , , and
OFF: The mirror funcon is disabled.
H-FLIP: The image flips 180 degree horizontally.
V-FLIP: The image flips 180 degree vercally.
ROTATE: The image flips 180 degree both horizontally
and vercally.

Defecve pixels are pixels in a CCD or CMOS image sensor
in digital cameras, in which the defecve pixels fail to
sense light levels correctly. This series of camera supports
defecve pixel correction. Move the cursor to DCP and
click Iris+ to enter the defecve pixel correcon interface.
LIVE DPC, WHITE DPC and BLACK DPC are adjustable in
this secon.
LIVE DPC: Detects and corrects the dynamic or the
real-me defecve pixels occur during the using. ON, and
OFF are selectable. The correcon level from 0 to 255 is
congurable if the LIVE DPC is set as ON, set it as OFF to
disable the live defecve pixel correcon.
