yearsfromdateofpurchase.IntheeventthattheProductisinstalledintonewconstruction,thewarrantyperiodshallcommenceonthedateoftheoccupancypermitoroneyear

afterthedateofpurchase,whicheverisearlier.Ifanypartisfoundtobedefectiveduringthewarrantyperiod,yoursoleandexclusiveremedywillberepairorreplacement,at

Fellowes’optionandexpense,ofthedefectivepart.Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverdamagecausedbyuseofnon-Fellowesapprovedfiltersorfailuretofollowtherecommended

replacementschedule.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyincasesofabuse,mishandling,failuretocomplywithproductusagestandards,operationusinganimproperpowersupply

(otherthanlistedonthelabel),orunauthorizedrepair.FellowesreservestherighttochargetheconsumersforanyadditionalcostsincurredbyFellowestoprovidepartsor
