How to Assemble the 5-Head Floor Lamp
Before beginning assembly, make sure you have all the parts listed
below. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble,
install or operate the product.

Assembly - Installation Instructions
Please read and save these assembly instructions:
Remove the plastic wrap before assembling.
Screw bottom tube (D) clockwise
onto base (E) until tight.
Screw middle tube (D) clockwise
onto bottom tube until tight.
Repeat for top tube and neck base (C)
While screwing in tubes (D) and top (C)
it may be necessary to pull cord (F)
from base to reduce slack.
Take off shade nut (A) from socket.
Place shade (B) into cup of neck and
screw shade nut (A) clockwise until tight.
Repeat for all remaining heads.

Before connecting the floor lamp, ensure that the voltage indicated on the
rating label corresponds to the main voltage in your home.
Change the bulb only after unplugging the lamp from the power supply and
after cooling down.
Do not use the lamp outdoors.
If there is any doubt, please consult an electrician.
Do not plug or unplug with wet hands.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a
safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it
still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord.
Do not alter the plug.
Caution
A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
• To avoid a circuit overload when using this lamp, do not operate another
high-wattage product on the same electrical circuit.
• Avoid the use of an extension cord. The extension cord may overheat and
cause a risk of fire.
• The power supply cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over a
countertop, tabletop, or walkway where it can be pulled on or tripped over by
children or adults accidentally.
