COLOCACIÓN DEL MONITOR
ELECTRÓNICO.-
COLOCACIÓN CABLE PRINCIPAL.-
Tome el cable (M), que sale del tubo
remo (6), enchúfelo en el conector (N)
del monitor (1). Fig.3.
COLOCACION CABLE HAND-GRIP.
Tome el conector (Z) del hand-grip
Fig.3 y enchúfelo en el conector (Y)
del monitor (1), Fig.3 .
Suelte los tornillos (4), Fig.,2, de la parte
trasera del monitor, seguido introduzca
el monitor de arriba hacia abajo
deslizándolo por la chapa del tubo remo
(6), Fig.3, teniendo cuidado de no pillar
los cables, coloque los tornillos (4)
soltados anteriores y apriete.
Introduzca la clavija de enganche (g)
del transformador (73) en el punto de
conexión (h), del cuerpo central, (parte
trasera inferior) y conecte el
transformador de corriente a la red de
220 V, fi gura 4.
MONITOR ELECTRÓNICO.-
El monitor se enciende mostrando U1
en el centro de la pantalla. Seleccione
el usuario con las teclas ▲/▼ entre
U1-U4 y pulse la tecla MODE.
A continuación le aparecerán los
programas que dispone el monitor.
Si durante el desarrollo del ejercicio
pulsa el botón START/STOP todas las
funciones del electrónico se pararán.
Si pulsa de nuevo START/STOP
todas las funciones se pondrán de
nuevo en funcionamiento.
No deje nunca sola la unidad cuando
este conectada. Desenchufe de la
corriente una vez utilizada.
Importante: Deposite los componentes
electrónicos en contenedores
especiales, Fig. 1.
FUNCIONES DEL MONITOR
Este monitor dispone de siete teclas:
RECOVERY, TOTAL RESET, START /
STOP; RESET, MODE; ▲; ▼. En la
parte superior del monitor se muestra
el PULSO / THR. En el centro del
monitor se muestra simultáneamente el
nivel del programa que haya elegido.
En la parte inferior del monitor se
muestran tres ventanas que le indican
la VELOCIDAD / RPM (speed/rpm); el
TIEMPO (time), CALORÍAS (calories);
la DISTANCIA (distance), WATIOS
(watt), NIVEL (level).
Este monitor dispone también de 1
programa manual; 12 programas
predefinidos de niveles de frenada; 4
programas de usuario (U1-U4); 4
programas de control de ritmo cardiaco
y 1 programa de watios constantes.
Estando el monitor parado o en
marcha las ventanas de (SPEED /
RPM) alternan su información cada
cinco segundos.
PASO DE UN MODO DE
TRABAJO A OTRO
Este monitor tiene la posibilidad de
trabajar con 5 modos diferentes:
Manual, Programas, Usuario (USER),
Pulso (TARGET HR) y Watios
constantes. Para pasar de un modo a
otro hay que pulsar la tecla
START/STOP para detener el
monitor, después pulsar RESET y,
usando los botones ▲/▼ y la tecla
MODE seleccionar el modo deseado.
