A: En estos tres displays se muestran
simultáneamente el PULSO / CALORÍAS;
NIVEL; TIEMPO; DISTANCIA Y LA
VELOCIDAD; PROGRAMAS.
B: Este electrónico (Monitor) dispone de cuatro
pulsadores ó teclas: ; ENTER ; SLOW / FAST
(▼▲); START/.STOP
S : Alojamiento de la llave de seguridad .
PUESTA EN MARCHA
Conecte la unidad a un enchufe provisto de
terminal TIERRA ponga el interruptor (L) en
posición (1). Fig (1).
La llave de seguridad ( j ) deberá estar
colocada en su alojamiento (S). En caso
contrario la máquina no se pondrá en marcha.
Al colocar la llave de seguridad ( j ) en su lugar
(S) Fig 2 , sonará un pitido y todos los displays
mostrarán el valor “00:00”, lo que significa que
la maquina esta en posición de marcha
(READY).
INSTRUCCIONES DE
FUNCIONAMIENTO
MODO MANUAL
Pulsando la tecla START/STOP, la máquina se
pondrá en marcha, transcurridos 3 segundos,
indicados en forma descendente en el display
de tiempo (A), con una velocidad de 1.0 Km/h.
Estando en el modo manual usted puede
aumentar ó disminuir la velocidad pulsando las
teclas SLOW / FAST ( ▼▲) entre los valores
de 1.0 – 12 Km/h.
Pulsando la tecla START / STOP ó quitando la
LLAVE DE SEGURIDAD ( j ) la máquina se
parará.
Teniendo la tecla de START/STOP pulsada
durante 3 segundos , la maquina pasa a
posición START .
MODO PROGRAMAS
Este monitor dispone de 4 programas MANUAL
P0 ; PROGRAMAS PREDEFINIDOS ( P1; P2;
P3 ) dentro de los programas del (P1 al P3)
existen tres niveles de velocidad del (L1 - L3)
con lo cual le hace la posibilidad de obtener 9
programas distintos.
(Ver gráfico de programas adjunto).

PROGRAMAS PREDEFINIDOS
P1-P3.-
Estando la máquina preparada en READY,
pulsando la tecla ENTER, le aparecerá en el
display el programa P-1, pulsando las teclas ( ▼
▲ ) seleccione el programa del P1 al P3, pulse la
tecla ENTER y le aparecerá en el display (A) el
nivel que desea hacer el ejercicio entre L1 y L3
seleccione el nivel con las teclas (▼ ▲) y pulse la
tecla ENTER seguido le mostrara en el display
(A) el tiempo (32 minutos, tiempo predefinido del
programa.), pulsando las teclas (▼ ▲) seleccione
