STEP 1 - ASSEMBLE TOP STEP
- Place Stair Section (A) face down attach Top ep (C) i fo washers (7) and locknuts (8 Tighten bolts and St us ng ur ).

STEP 2 - ATTACH LOCKSTEP
- Attach Lockst the bottom step using ur washers (7) locknuts (8). Tighten bolts completely. ep (B) to fo and
STEP 3 ATTACH VERTICAL WELDMENT
- Align wLo er Vertical Weldment (G- & Upp Vertical Weldme -2) i M8 x bolts (6) with washe (7) 1) er nt (G us ng 60 rs
and locknuts (8).
- Place Vertic Weldme (G) onto back Stair Section and i kets on top Vertical Weldme (G) al nt of (A) al gn brac of nt
with bs otruding from bottom Top Step (C). Ta pr of
- Use x bolts (2) with wa eM8 25 sh rs ). (7) a cknuts ( fasten Vertical Wel (G) a Section (And lo 8) to dment to St ir

STEP 4 - ATTACH BASE WELDMENT
- Align Base Weldment (H) with the bs the Front Legs ladder. Note The cast s point for this Ta on of : er up
alignment.
- Use two x 20 bolts (1) with washers (7), and locknuts (8) fasten the Base Weldm (H) the Front g M8 to ent to Le s.

STEP 5 - CO E BASE WELDM T AND REAR VERTIC WELDMENTSNN CT EN AL
- Pivot weldments into position the An Steel With Rigid Ca eso gle st r and re vertical conn t. Align the hole the ar ec in
Angle Steel With Rigid Caster with the hole the ba the vertic and bolt together i X bolts (5in se of al us ng M8 50 )
with washers (7) a lo nut(8). Ta care not nd ck ke to over tighten.
STEP 6 - INSTALL BRACES
- Install Vertical Braces (J), Horizontal Braces (K) and Diagonal ace (L) using x bolts (1), x bolts (2) Br M8 20 M8 25
and 50 x M8 bolts (5) with wa e (7) a locknuts (8). sh rs nd

- Bolt Rear drail (D) the Top Step (C) using M8 x bolts (1 washers (7) and locknuts (8). Guar to 20 ),
- nnect Top ndrails (E Rear Guardrail (D) using x bolts (3), wash s (7) locknuts (8 Co Ha ) to M8 40 er and ).
Note Handrail stiener should be positioned the outside Stair Section (A : on of ).
- Attach ndrail Bracket (I) the Top Handrail i x Ha to us ng M8 55 bolts (4), washers (7) a lond cknuts (8). Note :
